Compliments, concerns and complaints
We want to hear what we're doing well and where we can do better. If you have a compliment to share or a concern to raise, please speak first to your child's class teacher or contact the school office — most matters can be resolved quickly and informally.
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please refer to our Complaints Policy for the full procedure. Complaints should be addressed to the Headteacher in the first instance, and to the Chair of Governors thereafter.
Office hours and term time
The school office is open Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm during term time. We are closed during school holidays except for previously notified dates. For term dates and inset days, please see our Term Dates & School Day page.
Visiting us
There is no substitute for seeing the school for yourself. Whether you're a prospective parent or interested in our Pre-School, we'd warmly invite you to come and visit.
Tours are by appointment and take around 45 minutes — please allow longer if you'd like to chat with Mr Davies afterwards.
