Open Mornings 2026

For parents and carers of children starting Reception in September 2027.

Come and see St Peter Chanel on an ordinary working morning — classrooms in full swing, children getting on with their learning, nothing staged. You'll be shown round, you'll meet our Headteacher, and you can ask absolutely anything. There's no need to book: just come along on any of the dates below.

A welcome from the Headteacher

Mr Davies will introduce the school, what we stand for, and what makes a St Peter Chanel education different.

See the school at work

A walk through classrooms mid-lesson, our Reception garden, our grounds and our on-site Pre-School. No dress rehearsal.

Meet our children

Our pupils help show families around. They will tell you more about the school in ten minutes than any prospectus.

Can't make any of these dates?

That's no problem at all. Our Headteacher runs personal tours year-round, by appointment, at a time that suits you — for Reception, for in-year places in any year group, or for our Pre-School.

Applications are made through your local council, not through the school. Full details are on our Admissions page.

Before you come

  • Please arrive at the main school office on Baugh Road, where we'll sign you in.
  • There is no parking on the school site. Please park considerately on surrounding roads and leave our neighbours' driveways clear.
  • Buggies, babies and younger brothers and sisters are all very welcome.
  • There's no need to book — but if you're planning to come, it really helps us to know. Please fill in the short form below.
